Kolkata, August 11, 2017: Roca Bathroom Products Pvt Ltd. India’s leading bathroom products manufacturer and a socially responsible corporate, has recently collaborated with Don Bosco Self Employment Research Institute, Liluah, Howrah for successful implementation of their ‘Slum Development Project’. As a part of this initiative, Roca donated 12 Parryware Orissa pans for construction of toilets, two within the school premises and ten in the nearby slums next to the school.
The initiative is a part of Roca’s corporate social responsibility plan (CSR) and emphasizes on the need for providing better hygiene and sanitation facilities to all sections of the society across the country. Addressing the issue of open defecation and supporting Government’s ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’, the group donated these products for construction of the toilets.
