Today Senior B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former
MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar drew attention towards the brutal and
gruesome murder of NDMC law officer Late Shri M.M. Khanon 16 th May 2016,
it is a matter of great sorrow, regret and shame that just for his short time
political gains, Delhi Chief Minister Shri ArvindKejriwal tried to manipulate and
falsely implicate Shri Tanwar’s involvement in this heinous crime and murder
case of law officer to tarnish and malign his image and damage his 46 years
political career, consequently, a defamation case filed by Shri KS Tanwar
against Shri ArvindKejriwal, Chief Minister, AamAadmi Party Leader Shri Dilip
Pandey, Delhi Cantt. MLA Shri Surender Singh and Okhla MLA Shri
Amanutulla Khan before the Hon’ble Court and thereupon Hon’ble Court
examined the facts, found the claim right and pleased to take cognizance of
the offence committed by the AAP leaders. Subsequently, they all have been
summoned to appear before the Hon’ble Court on 7 th August 2019 for
commission of offence of Defamation under section 500 of Indian Penal
Code.
Shri Tanwar further stated that all criminals/conspirators involved in this
heinous crime were arrested by Delhi Police and imprisoned within 48 hours
of this gruesome murder but the Delhi CM’s and his associates in lust for
publicity tried to falsely implicate Shri Tanwar in the crimeeven though a
thorough clean chit to him was given by the Police/Investigating Agency.
Apparently,as part of their evil deeds and habitual nature, the AamAadmi
Party continued to make demonstrations and even headed candle march to
malign and tarnish his image so that somehow Shri Tanwar could be falsely
implicated in this crime.
Shri Tanwar further expressed that during all these 46 years of dedicated
political career, his image is crystal clear without any blot on his personality
and political career. Shri Arvind Kejriwal, in a well organized manner,
continuously made all out efforts to ruin and tarnish image and plot
conspiracy against Shri Tanwar. He saidthat he was dead sure that
ultimately one fine morning, he will get justice and this faith came true after
one year long proceedings in the Hon’ble Court. With the court’s orderin
this defamation case once again this is the victory over evil deeds of
AamAadmi Party.

Further Shri Tanwar enunciated that Shri ArvindKejriwal is master mind in
telling lies, concocting stories, scripting false statements and has got
expertise in leveling nefarious allegations against innocents as a fashion.
Numerous times he had been summoned in various Courts for his lies,
defamatory statements and thereupon he was found tendering apologies. Not
to forget thathe is not even scared of swearing in the name of his children.
Evidently, Delhi CM is again defeated not only in the Hon’ble Court of law but
even the people of Delhi will never forgive him for his sins. Therefore Delhi
CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal, should tender unconditional apology and
should also resign on moral grounds from this constitutional post of
Chief Minister.
