“Lightening action by Bengaluru City Police.”ARREST OF DOUBLE MURDER CASE ACCUSED WITHIN 10 HOURS”
The J.P. Nagar police, on Monday, arrested a history-sheeter and his associate on the charge of murdering a rival gang member and his friend at Puttenahalli junction the previous night.
The South Division police of JP Nagar police has cracked the chilling and brutal horrific double murder case within 10 hours which took place on Sunday night.
They have arrested three men for the murder of Tamma Manja a history sheeter and Varun Reddy and the team is looking for other five involved in the murder.
The accused has been identified as Narendra alias Naru,Madhusudhan alias Madhukar,Madhu,Mallyali Madhu,Rock Madhu, 37,resident of Yelachenahalli,Likhin BV alias,Likhin Bopanna,26,resident of Yelachenahalli.
On Sunday night both the deceased as Manja alias Tamma Manja and Varun Reddy were returning home after the weekend party when the assailants armed with Lethal weapons chased them and brutally murdered them with machetes and other deadly weapons.
Dr.Rohini Katoch Sepat,told media persons,that our team has done a tremendous job in nabbing the notorious criminals within 10 hours and said that it is basically revenge for the murder of Raghu which took place in 2015.Tamma Manja was the accused in that case and Raghu’s were planning to avenge his murder.The prime accused in the case identified as Narendra has surrendered before the court and it was Narendra who hatched the conspiracy to eliminate Manja she added.
As soon as the incident took place JP Nagar police station inspector Manjunath,with Puttenahalli police station inspector RS Choudhary,ACP Mahadev,with senior officers as DCPs as,Dr.Rohini Katoch Sepat,N Shashikumar,Addl CP West,Umesh Kumar,Joint CP Crime,Sandeep Patil with,Finger print and forensics experts with dog squad rushed to spot and inspected the spot and collected the evidence at the crime scene and in the early morning at 6 am commissioner of police,Bhaskar Rao too visited the spot and took stock of the situation and formed four special team to nab the criminals with in 24 hours.
Commissioner of Police,Bhaskar Rao,addressing the media,said a ghastly Crime a horrific double murder was taken place on 25th night at around 11.30 pm in the JP Nagar police station limits I myself with other senior officiers have rushed to spot and took stock of the situation and we formed four special team under the supervision and able guidance of Addl CP West,Umesh Kumar and DCP South,Dr.Rohini Katoch Sepat with ACPs as,Mahadev and Shanthamalapa and his Inspectors and crime staff swung into action and the team with the credible information and with the help of technical inputs the team have nabbed two persons within 10 hours while nabbing the blood soaked was still on their shirts our team has nabbed the two person identified as Madhusudhan alias Mallyali Madhu and Likhin and one more identified as Narendra alias Naru has surrendered in the court and during the course of investigation all the accused has confessed the crime and it has come to light that they have murdered Thamma Manja to settle their scores,and the both accused revealed that they and their group of associates have come in a I-10 car armed with Sharp weapons they first gave them a dramatic chase coming in wrong way as they have followed their movements and they have first rammed the car into two wheeler in which both the rider and pillion rider fell down from their bike later they attacked them with lethal weapons and killed them on the spot by murdering them they escaped from the spot and a detailed investigation has revealed that the said accused Madhusudhana alias Malayali Madhu and Likhin BV alias Bopanna Kuppanda were associates of late Raghu alias Tablet Raghu who is murdered.Madhu alias Malayali Madhu is a rowdy sheeter at Kumarswamy layout police station and five cases are against him and against Likhin BV also two cases are registered in JP Nagar police station and kumarswamy layout police Station and one accused who is a prime accused who has hatched the plan to eliminate Manja to settle their scores and a revenge for the murder as two years back a murder of late Raghu @ Tab Raghu was murdered by deceased Manja alias Tamma Manja and others taking this revenge by Narendra brother of Tab Raghu and others planned to murder Manja alias Tamma Manja to take revenge and settle their scores they chased them and murdered them with deadly weapons the said accused on 25th night at 11.30 pm came in a Car number KA01 MH 9516 while following Manja alias Tamma Manja at the same time on two wheeler Manja and Varun moving in two wheeler near Nandhini junction the accused followed them and hitted by above said car to their bike and murdered Varun and Manja who tried to escape from the spot they gave them a dramatic chase and brutally murdered they said in their statement during the time of interrogation.Bhaskar Rao even said by appealing to media houses that not to glorify criminals the truth should be told to the people glorifying criminals on TV channels is totally unfair the criminals are misusing it taking it for granted as they will seeing the news in Jail and they will be taking it granted by threatening others that how I have murdered see how channels are speaking about me and all in the jail they will make a group and after coming they will utilize the same thing to extort or threaten by showing the video and he said some reporters even go to the handcuffed criminals seeking interview it sends a wrong signal to the society he said and a case has been registered in JP Nagar police station and all other five accused also will be nabbed in the case and the case has been cracked after nabbing the prime accused and his associates and further investigation is on and finally I appreciate,Addl CP West,Umesh Kumar,Joint CP Crime,Sandeep Patil,DCPs,as,Dr.Rohini Katoch Sepat,N Shashikumar, ACPs,as,T.Mahadev,
