Lieutenant General CP Mohanty AVSM SM VSM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command visited Bhuj Military Station including Rann and Creek areas on 13 Feb 20. In addition to over-seeing the operational readiness and military preparedness of the formations and units at the location, he also reviewed the administrative wellbeing of all military personnel.
The General officer was accompanied by Lieutenant General Anil Puri SM VSM, General Officer Commanding, Konark Corps and Major General Dinesh Shrivastava, General Officer Commanding, Golden Katar Division.
Lieutenant General CP Mohanty also interacted with Army troops and Border Security Force deployed in the forward areas and appreciated their hard work and dedication while safeguarding the National Borders.
