Contestant of a reality show has been booked for assaulting and,misbehaving with a shop-keeper and his mother,even ransacking the premises and threatening him with dire consequences over a trivial row on Friday.
Senior officer said,the complainant Kiran raj in his complaint said thar Rajath kishan had parked his BMW car in front of his shop in Basaveshwaranagar and started smoking.Due to parking it blocked the way causing inconvenience to people visiting shop.Kiran Raj asked him to move the car but kishan replied that he will take five minutes.
However when he did not move even after few minutes,Kiran Raj approached him and ask him to move .
In the meanwhile a heated argument ensued between them following which Kishan followed him into the shop and started assaulting him and ransacked the shop.
Hearing the commotion when Kiran’s mother rushed to her son’s help,kishan allegedly misbehaved with her also says complainant.
Meanwhile neighbour rushed to his help and took Kiran to a near by hospital for treatment for the head injury.
Based on complaint by Kiran Raj,the shopkeeper,the Basaveshwaranagar police have taken up a case charging Rajath Kishan under assault, trespass,outraging the modesty and criminal intimidation against him and we have recorded the statement of both of them and after investigating we will take action as per law .
