Amidst mounting pressure from the opposition demanding legal action,the SIT on Sunday issued notice to Ramesh Jarkiholi to appear before them for questioning.
The notice was issued to question him about the allegation made by the woman in CD based on which the police have registered FIR against him recently.
The SIT will question related to the allegation and about the incident,which snowballed into major controversy forcing Ramesh to resign.
It may be recalled that this is the second time Ramesh is being questioned by SIT on march 16 and also taken his phone on march 24 for FSL analysis.
The SIT officials also issued notices to the family members of prime suspect who are on the run.
Meanwhile advocate Jagadish Kumar representing the woman in CD said that she is likely to appear before the court On Monday to giver her statement before the magistrate .
This is because the woman has trust issue with the SIT especially after her parents were questioning and allegedly forced to give statement favouring ramesh Jarkiholi.
The statement before the Magistrate according to kumar will be authentic and there is no scope to change.
