Alert Jigani police station police party on Sunday nabbed a habitual offender and recovered 40 moblie phones which he had robbed from employees pf industrial area since one month.
The accused Satish from Kyalasanahalli was chased and caught while he was trying to escape after noticing the nakabandi put up by Jigani police near Cipla company.
Head constable Mahesh and Pradeep chased and pin down Satish and brought him to the station for inquiry.
A detailed questioning led him to confess that he had robbed mobile phones and other valuables from the employees of Jigani,Bommansandra and Hebbagodi industrial area since last one month.
Based on his statement totally 40 mobile phones worth Rs.4 lakh seized,said by senior officer.
Finally he appreciated whole team for the commendable job done by them and a suitable reward will be given to the team he added.
