Two sisters aged 60 and 58 years found dead under mysterious circumstances at their house situated in Gopalapura under magadi road police station limts on Thursday.
The deceased have been identified as,Jamuna R,60,R Raani,58,Both were unmarried and were living at their own house.
Senior officer with local police rushed to spot as soon as the incedence was reported,after Inspecting the spot he said,The incidence came to light when their younger sister Prema living in Chamarajpete called them but there was no response.
After repeated attempts Prema along with her husband visited the house and found the house locked from inside.
The couple with the help of neighbours broke open the door to find them dead .
During preliminary investigation it was found that the deceased last spoke with their sister on Ugadi.
The duo had food and some vessels containing food particles found lying around.
While one sister’s body found in portico of house while the other sister was found dead in a room.
They have no external injury mark and the valuables including cash and gold valuables are intact.
The magadi road police have taken up case of unnatural deaths,shifted the bodies to Victoria hospital for post mortem and are awaiting report to ascertain the cause of death and further investigation is on he added.
