Murder averted two juvenile arrested

Alert Byadarahalli police on Friday caught two juveniles who along with their associate was heading to attack and kill door to door garbage collectors to take over their jobs.

The two accused aged about 17 year old arrested.

Senior officer told reporters,The acused aged around 17 years were riding triple near a Naka point in Byadarahalli where PSI Murali and Constable Kale Gowda were checking vehicles.

While one of them escaped,PSI Murali caught the duo and later recovered lethal weapons from the boot space of the scooter .

Upon inquiry both the accused confessed that they are working as door to door garbage collector from BBMP and heading to kill the other garbage collectors who are working in different lane,to take over thier job .

Further inquiries revealed that the other garbage collectors are deployed at a residential area where they fetch good amount of tips from homes shops everyday while the accused were not getting less tips.

The accused planned to kill the other garbage collector so that they could take over their jobs and get good amount of tips.

The accused have been produced before the juvenile board while efforts are on to track down the third person who is on th run.

DCP, west divison, Sanjeev Patil, while issuing appreciation letters to PSI Murali and constable Kale Gowda said for not only preventing brutal crime but also saved the lives of two garbage collectors .

Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,Kamal Pant has appreciated Addl CP West,Soumendhu Mukherjee DCP West,Dr Sanjeev M Patil, ACP,UD Krishna Kumar,PI,Rajeev,PSI,Murali and crime staff,Kalegowda for the commendable and exemplary work done by them and a suitable reward will be given to the team he added.
