IT IS A CRITICAL TIME TO CONSIDER INTERNAL HEALTH OVER PHYSICAL HEALTH:

There is direct link between Internal health and sudden death due to cardiac arrest. People don’t take good care of their mental health but focuses a lot on their physical health.

One must get regular checkups done at their young age. More Indians are dying young due to cardiac arrest since some years, as we seen the latest case of Actor and Big Boss winner Sidharth Shukla breathed his last on September 2. The Actor died due to heart attack at his Mumbai home.similarly, Actor Inder kumar died of heart attack at 44,Abir Goswami at 38 and Chiranjeevi sarja at 39 died of cardiac arrest. According to the sources, about four Indians between the age of 30-50 years of age suffer a fatal attack. Why heart problems are killing young people. Heart attack became the major issue of our country. Studies says south asian people have 4 times higher chances of getting heart problems than any other part of the world as they are more prone to high blood pressure. There are lots os reasons for the same, one of them is our Lifestyle. Bad eating habbits including Salty, Fatty and Sugary foods lead to build up bad cholesterol, hypertension which endes up putting undue pressure on heart. Tobacco, it is consumed mostly in the form of cigarettes and bidis is a dominant cause of heart attack in young people.The high level of carbon monoxide in cigarette smoke cuts down the oxygen that blood carries,and when vital organs such as the heart do not get enough oxygen,they end up malfunctioning. Alchohol consumption is also a big reason of internal malfunctioning.It causes the arteries to stiffen faster than they usually do from ageing. The prevalence of drinking with smoking in younger population does not make their case any easier either.India is the diabetes capital of the world. Its prevelance among  young people has increased to more than 10%. An increase in blood sugar = increase in clots, which leads to the cardiac arrest.Also lack of excersise is a way to obesity,it increases the amount of fats in the body that converts into clots and make the blood pressure low, at a point of time it completely hinders the flow of blood through the arteries leads to heart attack.

There is a very important thing that we should take care of is our mental health. Mental stress,Tension is a main reason of heart attack in young people. After covid-19,lots of  people created an habbit of not involving socially with the society and friends. Young generations now like their privacy and want to be alone. They have seprated from the society which made them taking mental stress as they hit puberty, some family issues they suffers or many more reasons to take tension. They don’t share their thought and feelings to other person and suffer it alone. According to the studies, 8.9% of 16-24 years old have self-harmed in their lifetime, 6.2% of 16-24 years old have attemped suicide. Common sources of stress in adolescence are social stress, isolation, or substance use, also includes trauma, emotional, sexual, or physical abuse. Things that can help children and young people mentally well include: being in good physical health, eating balance diet, having time and freedom to play, indoors and outdoors. Also very important to have friends whom with they can openly talk and share there thoughts.
