The Banaswadi police on Tuesday arrested a 31-year-old Beautician from Manipur who along with her associate were peddling heroin 10 grams of heroin Worth Rs.1.5 lakhs seized.
The accused,identified as Nengdeikim Guite, worked in a haircut and spa salon situated on Kammanahalli main road.She would source the drugs from her contact,Paominsang Kipgen,31 from Manipur and sell the drugs to her clients to make quick money.
Based on a tip off a team led by Inspector Satish HS,caught the duo on Kammanahalli main road red handed and seized the drugs.
The duo has been booked under NDPS Act and further investigations are on to ascertain their network .
Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,Kamal Pant, has appreciated,Addl CP East,S Murugan, DCP East Dr SD Sharanappa ACP Banaswadi Sub-Division,Ningappa B Sakkiri,PI,Satish S,and his whole team for the commendable job done by them and a suitable reward will be given to the team he added.
