A 16-year-old girl died under mysterious circumstances in cottonpet on Monday night.
The deceased has been identified as,Dimple Kumari, youngest daughter among the five siblings.
As soon as the incident was reported of a minor girl falling down from a building immediately cottonpet police personnel rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area.
Senior officers too rushed to the spot to collect stock of the situation.
After inspecting the spot and collecting information from the public and parents of deceased.
Senior officer told media persons,the parents told them during questioning they said deceased Dimple has stepped out of the house after serving dinner to her father at the house situated on the third floor of the residential building in Akkipete under Cottonpet police station limits .
Dooodaram Mali,father of Dimple,worked as a salesman in a fancy store and lived with his wife and five children.
Doodaram returned home and Dimple served him dinner and went out.
A few moments later,Doodaram heard a thud sound followed by people’s commotion.He came out to see his eldest son,Umesh Kumar was carrying a Dimple rushed to a private hospital .
Doodaram followed him but the doctor asked them to shift Dimple to St Martha’ hospital where she was declared dead.
Sources said that it is alleged the deceased Dimple was speaking on phone and while speaking she dint notice the edge of the corner and lost control and fell down which resulted in head injuries and later she succumbed.
Doodaram in his complaint alleged foul play suspecting a neighbour and asked the police to probe in detail .
