Three juveniles held for rowdy activities

The Pulakeshinagar police on Sunday arrested a group of three juveniles who created a fear psychosis among the residents with their rowdy behaviour in and around Jeevanahalli .

Senior officers rushed to spot to collect stock of the situation and details about the incident as the juveniles were on rampant attacking people and pelting stones and breaking wind shields of houses and damaging vehicles in the area.

After visiting the spot senior officer said,the accused,under the influence of drugs and alcohol,rob motorist

 

s,shopkeepers and even pelt stones at the houses at night.

The accused had even attacked people walking alone on footpaths and labourers living in the under construction houses.

They are so ruthless that they even beat a stray dog to death with iron rods when it barked at them while they were performing bike stunts .

Their acts have been captured in CCTV cameras prompting the police to take action against them.Residents are scared to venture out in the night due to their behaviour.

The accused have been booked under various sections of JJ Act and remanded to state home for boys after producing before the board.

The residents requested the police to step up vigil at the bylanes to keep a check on such behaviour he added.
