Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai instructed the officials here on Monday as he chaired a meeting to review the progress of the project.
The Chief Minister watched a presentation on Anubhava Mantapa and said,the Anubhava Mantapa was brimming with activity during Basavanna’s time.Intense debates and discussions used to be held there.
The Anubhava Mantapa being built should be equipped with auditoriums and other facilities to keep it an ever active place,Bommai instructed.
It should be built in such a way as to create an awareness among the children about the original Anubhava Mantapa of Basavanna’s time.
It should also have a Digital Library, Holographic exhibition and other systems to recreate the experience of original Anubhava Mantapa.The auditorium should have seating capacity for atleast 200 people, Bommai said.
The Chief Minister also instructed the officials to ensure 24 hour power supply and maintain quality of the construction. Take care on the security security and maintenance aspects too.
Union minister of state for Chemicals and Fertilizers Bhagwant Khuba and others participated in the meeting.
