BBMP Chief Commissioner,Gaurav Gupta has strictly instructed all the zonal chief engineers to remove illegal flex banners and bunting within the BBMP limits.
Accordingly,the removal of illegal flex banners and bunting has speedily begun from today onwards as per the directions given by the chief commissioner.
Accordingly, the teams led by chief engineers in all 8 zones of BBMP have taken up the removal of illegal flex banners and bunting.
Flex banners fixed to roadside electric poles,the fencing of Rajakaluve is being removed.
The flex banners and bunting removal drive is being held at the places like Marathahalli,whitefield,Hoodi,HBR layout, Yelahanka,Thanisandra main road,Rajajinagar, HSR layout,Begur main road,Anjanapura, Jnanabharathi layout,Dasarahalli,etc,within the BBMP limits.
More than 2000 flex banners and bunting have been removed in the city, in 2days.Also, it has been instructed to continue the drive against illegal flex banners and bunting.
