A 19-year-old B.com student ended her life by jumping from the terrace of her five storeyed Paying guest accommodation, after slipping into depression for being debarred from writing exam.
The deceased has been identified as Bhavya, from Mulabagilu and studying in a private college in Koramangala and stayed in a PG in Jeevanbheemanagar.
Jeevanbheemanagar police with other officers rushed to the spot and after inspecting the area and taking stock of the situation he said that the deceased was caught coping in the exam and debarred.
Depressed Bhavya messaged her sister apologizing and informed her that she is going to end her life.
Divya alerted her parents who tried to contact Bhavya but the phone was not reachable .
They rushed to Bengaluru and before reaching the PG,they received a call from the police informing about the death.
The Jeevanbheemanagar police have registered a case of unnatural death and the family accused the college management for her extreme step we are investigating to ascertain the cause of suicide.
