Congress files police complaint against Karnataka Home Minister,Araga Jnanendra,C T Ravi

C laiming that the Karnataka Home Minister Araga Jnanendra,had incited communal hatred over the murder of a youngster in Bengaluru,the Congress party on Wednesday filed a complaint against the Home Minister and BJP General Secretary CT Ravi.

Home minister Araga Jnanendra in trouble as members of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee on Wednesday filed a complaint against him for issuing provocative statement to spread wong message which could lead to communal disturbance in the society.

Reacting to the murder case reported in JJ nagar, Mr. Jnanendra said that a dalit youth was repeatedly stabbed to death as he could not speak urdu.

This is totally false and the police clarified that the murder was due to road rage.

This statement is uncalled for as being in responsible position his statement has put the muslim community in wrong side .

Even bjp leader CT Ravi reiterating Home minister statement to put the blame entirely on muslim community, is unpardonable.

The statement made by home minister amount to contempt of court and also derail the ongoing police investigation.

This is a serious offence which attract penal action,hence Mr.Jnanendra should be arrested under appropriate sections of IPC,general secretary,Y Puttaraju,who led the delegation and submitted the complaint to Malleshwaram police, said.

The police have forwarded the conplaint to senior officials and awaiting their opinion on this .
