The Sheshadripuram police on Monday arrested a 30-year-old man from Odisha and recovered 20 kilos of Marijuana from him.
The accused has been identified as,Shamanand Digal a native of Odisha.
Senior officer told reporters,The accused Shamanand Digal,was caught by police while he was waiting for his client to deliver the bag containing 10 packs of Marijuana with 2 kilos each.
The accused confessed that he sourced the drugs from his contacts in Odisha and selling it to Rafiqh,a local peddler.
Digal confessed that he had come to the city many times before and sell the drugs.
The accused has been booked under NDPS and taken into custody for further investigations.
