Inter-state Drug racket busted two peddlers arrested recovered Synthetic Drugs Worth Rs.10 Lakhs

The officials of Anti-Narcotics Wing of CCB on Sunday busted an inter state drug racket arrested two peddlers and recovered five kilos of Marijuana,260 grams of Hasish oil and 20 LSD strips worth Rs.10 lakh, from them.

Senior officer told reporters our Anti-Narcotics Wing officials received a tip off that in Kumaraswamy layout in a house two persons are indulged in peddling drugs.

Based on information a team officials swung into action and raided a house in Kumaraswamy layout area and during search the team found Narcotics substances in their possession.

During investigation the accused confessed the crime and revealed that the accused were sourcing the drugs from neighbouring state and selling it to their clients who are mostly students and IT professionals.

The team have also recovered three mobile phones from the accused and looking out for three more accused who are supplying the drugs to the arrested accused and presently were on the run.

A case under NDPS Act has been registered under the duo in Kumaraswamy layout police station and further investigation is on.

Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,C H Pratap Reddy has appreciated Joint CP Crime,Raman Gupta,DCP Crime-1,Dr SD Sharanappa,and his whole team for nabbing the duo and busting the racket a suitable reward will be given to whole team he added.

In a similar operations,the Girinagar police arrested two peddlers from Coimbatore and seized 51.4 grams of esctasy tablets Rs.3,850 cash and a car from them.

The accused V Manoranjith, and his associate Sughosh Kumar,20 were caught red handed while they were waiting for their clients in a car at KEB junction in Hosakerehalli .

The accused have been booked under NDPS act and taken into custody for further investigations.
