A 12-year-old girl sustained severe injuries when a ride snapped from the track due to technical fault and fell on her at the exhibition park in Anand Nagar in HAL on Saturday.
The victim,Anusha CK,was rescued and rushed to a private hospital where she is admitted in ICU and said to be critical .
Anusha had gone to Fish Theme fair, a private amusement park along with her father, Chandrakanth C on Saturday.
While the duo were enjoying the ride,toy jeep snapped from its track due to technical snag and fell on Ausha.
Chandrakanth with the help of others pulled out Anusha struck under the jeep and rushed to a private hospital.
He later filed a complaint with the HAL police charging the organizers for lack of safety and negligence on their part for the mishap.
Based on the complaint,the police have registered a case of under section 287 ( negligence endangering human life ) 337 ( rash and negligent act) against the management and are investigating .
