This is just a glimpse of interaction that happened between Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and one of the beneficiaries during the interaction of the CM with beneficiaries of various centrally sponsored welfare schemes held at the Banquet Hall of Vidhana Soudha.
Kavya,a beneficiary of the Poshan scheme of providing nutritious food for Anganvadi children expressed complete satisfaction with the scheme.
The scheme has ensured nutritious food for pregnant women and anganwadi children from the weaker sections,Kavya said and recalled the door delivery of food grains during the Covid pandemic for Anganwadi workers.
Reacting to the response,Bommai said,Prime Minister modi has formulated the scheme with a vision that a strong India could be built only if the children are strong and healthy.
Lakshmidevi,a beneficiary of PM Swanidhi scheme has been selling vegetables for the last 18 years at Sidlaghatta in Chikkaballapur district.
A mother of two she had availed a loan and rapaid it.
Now she has again obtained a loan of Rs.20,000 to improve her business and she has been repaying the loan promptly.
Chief Minister Bommai appreciated the lady and exhorted her to get a loan of Rs.50,000 in the next phase and expand her business.
Similarly Anjaneya expressed his happiness at the benefit he is getting through PM Kissan Samman Nidhi programme as he is getting the money directly to his bank account.
Sumathi,a beneficiary of PM Awas Yojana, Lavanya who reaped the benefit of Matru Vrinda scheme were among the many who interacted with the Chief Minister and conveyed their happiness at these schemes.
