The Criminal Investigation Department probing PSI recruitment scam arrested K 
Harish,PSI with Byadarahalli police station for alleged role of middleman between the candidates and the kingpins.
The CID has so far arrested as many as 60 persons including candidates,police personnel and the staff of the examination centers deployed in Bengaluru and Kalaburgi.
Harish is a 2018 batch officer working at the Bydarahalli police station for the last one year.
He was arrested based on the confession of one of the successful candidate who had secured highest marks to become one of the topper .
Harish introduced the candidates to a kingpin and helped to finalised the deal which according to the source fixed for Rs.60 lakh.
Harish also told him that he got selected through this network and the CID officials are now probing this angle too.
Investigations by the CID revealed that the scam occurred in different level from use of blutooth to tampering OMR sheets at different level, seating arrangements,during physical selection and and booking exam centers.
