Alert BBMP officials caught five tractors red handed dumping debris in the Bellandur Amanikhane Rajakaluve on Monday.
Chethan KM,Assistant Engineer said that due to the dumping of debris the rajakaluve has been choked and disrupting the free flow of storm water into the lake to prevent floods in the adjacent areas especially during rainy season.
Due to the continuous dump of debris the rajakaluve has been damaged and the loss estimated to be around Rs.20 lakh, Mr.Chethan, said in his complaint.
