The GST Council meeting discussed the issue of extending GST compensation to states.
However a final decision in this regard would be taken in August,Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said.
Speaking to media persons Bommai said, the GST Legal Committee has taken measures to sort out the legal impediments,the recommendations of the Fitment Committee have been accepted.
