An eight-year-old girl died while her parents took ill after she developed severe health complications due to pest control was done at her house in Vasanth Nagar on Monday.
The deceased Ahana along with her parents Vinod Kumar and Nisha,living in a rented house near Maramma temple,8th B cross for the last five years.
Vinod Kumar was working in a private firm while Ahana was studying in a private school in Vasanth Nagar.
The family complained to the house owner,S Shivaprasad about the pest for which he asked them to stay away from the house for four days so that he can get the pest control spray done through the agency.
As per the deal Vinod Kumar left to his native Kerala after handing over the keys but returned soon with the family and got into the house using duplicate keys without the knowledge of the house owners .
The incident came to light when Vinod Kumar started feeling uneasy and came out of the house calling for help.
The house owner and neighbour rushed to his help and found Ahana lying unconscious on sofa vomiting.
The family was rushed to a near-by private hospital where Ahana was succumbed later .
The High grounds police have registered a case of un-natural death and awaiting for the post-mortem report while Vinod and wife is recovering at the hospital.
