People from all strata of the state have benefited after those projects were implemented across the state. Several social projects have directly benefited people financially. This time Mamata Banerjee took another important decision. Many will benefit from the decision taken in the family pension. What is that decision?Unmarried, divorced daughters and widows will get Family Pension as long as they are alive, if unmarried. However, he will not get this pension (New Pension Scheme) if he remarries. Pension in respect of widows and divorced women has been implemented with effect from 10-1-2008. It is effective from 13-04-2010 in case of unmarried daughters. If you have all the required documents, single, widow, divorced women will get Family Pension.Earlier the rule (New Pension Scheme) was that the monthly income should not exceed 2600 rupees. But this time that amount has increased to 3500 rupees. Later, if the plant grows more, you will receive accordingly.In order to get this pension, those who are late secondary school teachers / non-teaching employees, should apply to the concerned school authorities (New Pension Scheme). Similarly, in case of deceased primary school teachers/teachers, application should be made to the concerned DI Schools.Now let’s see what documents are required:
Xerox copy of voter card of the applicant.
Xerox copy of his father’s death certificate.
Xerox copy of death certificate of husband in case of widow.
Divorce Certificate Xerox Copy of court in case of divorced woman.
New Pension Scheme.
4 Copy Color Passport Size Photo of applicant woman.
PPO copy of applicant’s father and mother.
4 copies of Pension Annexure Form of any State Owned Bank.
Applicant’s signature.
Monthly Income Certificate, issued by a Gazetted Officer of the Central or State Government
Copy of Descriptive Roll-4.
Application for pension (New Pension Scheme) should be made in the prescribed form to the school authority. The pension paper along with the service book of the deceased employee will be sent to the office of the District Inspector of Schools for approval. Then after seeing all those documents District Inspector will send to DPPG.
What can be done if there is no service book information?
In that case, all the matters should be written in detail and sent to the finance department through the school education department. Apart from the service book, the pension case is sent to DPPG.
