The North Division police of Peenya police have arrested a home maker and her mother and three of her associates for plotting to kill her husband to live with her paramour.
The accused has been identified as Anupallavi, her mother Ammajamma and the supari killers identified as Harish,Mugilan and Nagaraj.
Another accused identified as Kannan is absconding and efforts are on to track him down, a police officer,said .
Senior officer told reporters, Anupallavi had an affair with a businessman identified as Himavanth and decided to eliminate her husband Ravikumar,a cab driver .
Anupallavi was even got a moral support from her mother Ammajamma to get rid of Ravikumar and to live with Himavanth who is well off and could take care of Anupallavi very well .
The trio had hatched a plan and Himavanth hired supari killers,as,Harish and Nagraj to eliminate Ravikumar the duo engaged Mugilan and Kannan for the job who hired Ravikumar’s cab for a trip to Tamil Nadu.
The duo had a plan to kill him on the way,but dropped the idea and to fake the murder.
As per the plan they offered Ravikumat liquor and when after couple of drinks Ravi Kumar was sloshed the duo poured tomato sauce on him and made a video call to Harish and Nagraj to show him the proof .
They dumped Ravikumar in an isolated place and escaped with whatever money they has been paid in advance and along with the cab .
When Anupallavi was informed about the murder, she as per the plan filed a missing complaint with the police .
However Himavath was not happy with the development and due to suspected guilty conscience and fearing of getting caught ended his life .
Meanwhile Ravikumar managed to return to city and narrated the ordeal with the police.The police based on the information provided by Ravikumar,Peenya Police Inspector and his team track down Mugilan who reveal the plot.
Based on his confession the police arrested the other accused and further investigating.
Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,C H Pratap Reddy has appreciated Addl CP West, Sandeep Patil,DCP North,Vinayak Patil, ACP,Praveen M,PI,Dharmendra and his whole crime staff who has done exemplary work in cracking the mystery of missing complaint in which her wife plot a plan to murder his husband to live with her parmour a special reward will be given to whole team he added.
