Hon’ble High Court has passed the order on Chamarajpet Eidgah issue, directing all the parties of maintain STATUS QUO by granting permission to offer Two times prayers on the occasion of Eid.
The waqf board of Karnataka had approached high court after revenue department claimed the ownership of the land.
After claiming the ownership the administration has hoisted national tri color on August 15 for the first time.
Many Hindu activists also started planning to instal Ganesha idol and sought permission from revenue dept.With the HC interim orders no such activities are possible.
