Aam admi party has filed a complaint against state Home Minister with lokayukta accusing him of committing irregularities while allotting alternative sites.
In a complaint the AAP members accused that mr. Araga Janendra has alloted sites to his associates and acquaintances through illegal means.
The SC has pulled up the state government and struck down allotment procedure giving oral direction’s to transfer BDA commissioner at once.
Based on the development the AAP leaders filed a complaint requesting the lokayukta to probe the case in detail and take legal action against the guilty he added.
