KSRTC bus driver booked traffic cop for punching and breaking his nose over trivial row in Bengaluru

he SJ Park police on Saturday booked a traffic policeman for punching on the face of a KSRTC driver to break his nose over a trivial row at Corporation circle on Saturday night .

Senior officer told reporters,The driver identified as Prakash had stopped the bus to pick up the passengers who have reserved the seats online.

The bus was heading from Sagar to Thiruvannamalai and Prakash reached the designated stop at around 11 pm.

The traffic policeman who was on duty asked him to move the bus accusing him of blocking the road .

Prakash requested him to wait for few minutes since he had to get the passengers .

Heated arguments ensued following which the policeman punched on his face and broke his nose.

The profusely bleeding Prakash went to SJ Park police station and filed a complaint before heading to his destination.

The police have summoned the policeman on duty for questioning and further investigation is on.
