As per the decisions of the state government for industrial progress, new types of industries are coming up in Medak and Siddipet districts. TSIIC collects assigned lands from farmers and provides infrastructure such as roads, sewers, electricity and water to industries. General industries in 191 acres in Kondapur, Manoharabad mandal, Medak district, food processing companies in 122 acres in Bandathimmapur, Mulugu mandal, Siddipet district will come with investments of Rs. In these two industrial estates, 8 thousand people will be directly employed and another 3 thousand people will be indirectly employed. ITI, Officials said that the local youth will be the first priority in the new industrial areas where the youth who have studied polytechnic technical education will get good paying jobs. Coca-Cola industry is going to be set up in Bandathimmapur on about 60 acres. About two thousand people will get jobs. Global steel industry is going to be set up on 60 acres in Kondapur.
