This year’s Mysuru Dasara is being celebrated in grand and meaningful manner, said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
Talking to reporters at Mysuru Airport here on Sunday,he said President Draupadi Murmu will inaugurate Dasara 2022 by offering the puja to goddess Chamundeshwari atop Chamundi Hill tomorrow (Monday).
This festival has its own tradition of several centuries. It is also a ‘Naada Habba’ as every citizen will celebrate this festival after harvesting.
Mysuru District-In-Charge Minister S.T.Somashekar and officials have done the preparations by working day and night.
Replying to a question,he said 108 Ambulance service had stopped due to problems in the server and it had been set right.Health Minister Dr K.Sudhakar was personally monitoring it,he added.
