The Royal Swedish Academy in Stockholm, Sweden has announced Annie Ernox’s name for the Nobel Prize for her novel based on personal experience with class and gender identities. The Nobel Prize in Literature was announced on Thursday.With courage and incisiveness, she uncovers the roots of personal memory, isolation, and collective restraint, according to the Swedish Academy.
