wo labourers were killed and three others injured when old building collapsed due to rain in hoodi circle in Mahadevapura in the early hours of Tuesday.
A rescue team from mahadevapura division rushed and pulled out the labourers trapped inside the building .
While two of them identified as zainuddin and Arman were dead the other three escaped with minor injuries.
The victims are from Bihar and demolishing old structure for renovating the residential building.
The victims were sleeping in the ground floor when the roof due to heavy rain collapsed on them.
Though the incident occurred at around 5.30 am it came to light three hours later when the other workers went to work.
The Mahadevapura police have taken up a case of death due to negligence against the owner and the company for further investigation.
