Abhijit Ray, Kolkata:Sensational turn in teacher recruitment corruption probe at West Bengal. A deed in the name of BJP’s Dilip Ghosh was recovered from the flat of Prasanna Roy, a hired middleman close to former state minister Partha Chatterjee. There is no room for doubt that Dilip Ghosh named in the document is the All-India Vice President of BJP. Because the BJP leader practically admitted to giving the document to Prasanna in front of the media. Now Trinamool is demanding the arrest of Dilip on the issue of document recovery.Four days ago, SP Sinha, the former chairman of the SSC Advisory Committee, who was caught in the teacher recruitment corruption case, was taken to court. He moved to demand submission of the CBI seizure list before the judge. CBI has submiited the Caesar list and that Caesar list is now at the center of discussion. Almost everyone is shocked to see point number 8 in Caesar’s list.Point No. 8 mentions Dilip Ghosh’s land deed. The CBI seized the document from the flat of Prasanna Roy, a middleman close to former minister Partha Chatterjee. According to the said deed, Dilip Ghosh bought the land in South 24 Parganas area on 22 April 2022 from one ShauvikMajumdar.There has been a lot of noise in the political circles since the deed of that land came to the fore.Questions began to arise as to whether Dileep, alias Dide, was the All India Vice President of the BJP. Dilip Ghosh has practically admitted that the deed belongs to him. He claimed that he and Prasanna Roy lived in the same residence. He knew Prasanna from that source. The deed was given to Prasanna for the electricity connection works. However, Dilip Ghosh also claimed that Prasanna would not have given the document if he knew he was involved in any corruption.However, opponents are reluctant to accept this explanation. Trinamool State General Secretary Kunal Ghosh said, “Deeds of Dilip Ghosh’s land have been found after searching the house of Prasanna Roy, who was caught in recruitment corruption. CBI recovered. Submitted to the court. But first the Caesar list was kept secret. Another plaintiff’s lawyer bowed as he raised questions. TMC stated that We noticed that the deed was hidden after Caesar came up on the list. It was shown after telling the court. Dilip Ghosh should be arrested immediately. Notices are being sent to accused and they are getting arrested too then why not Dilip Ghosh? We want Dileep’s arrest in this incident. Dilip Ghosh has admitted that he knows Prasanna Roy and he had asked help for him for land issue. Dilip’s confession is supposed to be given in the face of interrogation after the arrest. If the person is the Trinamool supporter then he will be arrested immediately but is BJP, no arrest is being taking place!! Dilip Ghosh should be immediately arrested and interrogated face to face.”.
