Building bright and prosperous future for the country’s youth is the highest priority of PM; says Pratima Bhowmik

Agartala Nov 22: The Border Security Force (BSF) organized a “Rozgar Mela” on Tuesday at the FTR HQ BSF Tripura in Salbagan area of the capital city.

This was a part of the mega recruitment drive, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for 71 thousand personnel via video conferencing on Tuesday.

Appointment letters were distributed to the newly inducted appointees across the country to join various ministries/departments of the Government of India at various levels including Group-A (Gazetted), Group-B and Group-C which included CAPF.

Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Pratima Bhowmik remained present as the chief guest during the program.

Besides, Sumit Sharan, IPS, IG BSF Frontier HQ Tripura, along with other officials of CAPF also remained present at the program.

During the “Rozgar Mela”, the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi interacted with the new appointees and guardians via video conferencing.

Addressing the reporters, MoS Pratima Bhowmik said, “Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi people of all sections across the state and country have seen development in true means”.

“It is Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has always thought and taken one step forward for the unemployed youths of the state and country”, she added.

Bhowmik further said, “This initiative will be a significant step towards fulfilling the Prime Minister’s continuous commitment to providing job opportunities for the youth and ensuring welfare of citizens who have shown an optimistic view of the drive”.

She also congratulated all the Ministries and Departments who are working hard towards filling up existing vacancies against sanctioned posts.

These recruitments are being done in mission mode through recruiting agencies such as UPSC, SSC and other Recruitment Boards.

Selection process have been simplified and made tech-enabled for expeditious recruitment.
