The allegations by the former Chief Minister and Leader of the Opposition Mr Siddaramaiah stating that files pertaining to the Advertisement Policy of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike are missing are baseless,false and wrong,according to the Additional Chief Secretary in the Department of Urban Development Mr Rakesh Singh.
In a statement released here late this evening,Mr Rakesh Singh has said that the File No.UDD/439/MNU/2018 Part (2) seeking some clarification on the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike’s Advertisement Policy was submitted and the same has now been received.
This file is not related to Electoral Roll Revision or any other issues .
All files (Main File,Part 1,Part 3 and Part 4) pertaining to BBMP’s Advertisement Policy are with the Department of Urban Development.
These files relating to BBMP’s Advertisement Policy are not missing or misplaced in any Minister’s Office or Chief Minister’s Office,but are intact in the Department of Urban Development for taking necessary action,according to an official press release.
