Lucky Ali approaches DGP Karnataka, alleges encroachment of land in Bengaluru

Following a complaint of Singer Lucky Ali on Sunday on social media accusing realtor and husband of IAS oficer of encroachment of his farmland situated in Kenchenahalli in Yelahanka.

Home Minister,Araga Jnanendra said that he has asked the state police head to probe the matter and submitted a detailed report for further action.

Lucky Ali,who is presently in Dubai tweeted his complaint addressing to DG and IGP saying that he has been living in the farmland for the last 50 years .

The accused Madhusudhan Reddy and his brother Sudhir Reddy,trying to encroach on the land with the help of latter’s wife,Rohini Sindhuri,who is an IAS officer.Ali claimed that they are misusing the state’s resources for their personal use.

He further claimed in his complaint that Reddy tress passed into his property and refused to show the documents to substantiate their claim.

He further said that he wanted to meet the DG and IGP before Ieaving for Dubai,but since you were unavailable,Ali has also filed a trespass complaint to the jurisdictional Yelahanka new town police on November 29.

“I have not had any positive response as yet.My family and small children are alone on the farm.

I am getting no help from the local police,who are in fact supporting the encroachers and are indifferent to our situation and the legal status of our land”,he said requesting the authorities to stop the illegal activity of them trying to prove a false possession before the final court hearing on 7th of this month.

Responding to the allegation made,Sudhir Reddy said that he had purchased 3 acres of converted land from Mansoor M Ali,brother of Lucky Ali and his minor daughter Baby Sabrina,and got the property registered .

Lucky Ali started to interfere with the property following which Mr.Reddy got issued a temporary injunction against Lucky Ali from interfering with possession .

Recently Lucky Ali and his associates allegedly attacked Madhusudan Reddy following which a case has been filed with the Yelahanka new town police station charging him and his brother Masood Ali and others under trespass and assault on November 30.

Mr.Reddy alleged that Lucky Ali are not only contempt of court order but also a crime.His post on social media accusing encroachment amounts to civil and criminal defamation and he would take legal action.
