Rowdy-Sheeter from Andhra Pradesh and his driver escaped narrowly when an armed gang suspected to be from his rival gang opened fire at him in Seegehalli in KR Puram on Thursday .
The rowdy Shivashankar Reddy,29,native of Madanapalli is a habitual offender having two murder case pending against him.
He was constructing a house in Seegehalli and had come to inspect along with his driver when the armed gang attacked him and oped fire at him before fleeing the spot .
Shivashankar Reddy’s car driver Ashok Reddy,33, also sustained injuries in the melee but both escaped narrowly with injuries .
The KR Puram police rushed to the spot and conducted a detailed investigations.Police suspect that the gang from his native area and carried out the attack over old rivalry.
Three special teams have been formed to track down the accused while the police are probing to ascertain the reason behind the attack .
