he State government issued an order hiking the honorarium for president,vice-president and members of gram panchayat.
Accordingly, henceforth,the monthly honorarium for president will be hiked from Rs.3,000 to Rs.6,000; from Rs.2,000 to Rs.4,000 for vice-president and from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,000 for member.
