Bengaluru Divison of South Western Railway organized the annual Pension Adalat 2022,in Bengaluru Divisional Office today.
In addition to fifty Pensioners,office bearers of various Pensioners’Associations of Bengaluru Divison attended the Adalat.
Notification for Pension Adalat to be held in the Division was issued in September-2022 to settle the grievances of pensioners.
A total of 30 grievances were received and resolved in the Adalat.
Smt.Kusuma Hariprasad,Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Admin.),Bengaluru Division presided over the Adalat.Officers from Personnel and Accounts department were also present.
The President of the Pensioners’ Association of Bengaluru Division,Krishnappa expressed immense satisfaction over the outcome of the Adalat.
Pension Adalat is held on 15th of December every year by all Divisions and administrative units of Railways.
The pension authorizing officers interact with the aggrieved pensioners in the Adalat to resolve their grievances.
