In this situation, Health Bhavan is going to hold a meeting with the district health officials on Monday. It is known that the corona situation in this state is completely under control for now. The meeting will discuss the condition of the health infrastructure of the districts in this environment, and what will be needed.The health department also wants to take a closer look at how prepared the district hospitals are to deal with an outbreak. It will be checked whether the supply of oxygen in the hospitals is sufficient or not, whether there are PPE kits or not, where, and how many beds are available. 24 hours ago, the Union Health Ministry has sent an advisory to the states regarding the rising infections across the world. There, most importance is given on oxygen supply.The guidelines issued by the Union Ministry of Health have clearly stated that necessary steps should be taken from now to maintain the supply of oxygen. After receiving the directive from the Center on Saturday, the state government, however, said that oxygen infrastructure is ready everywhere. State health secretary said, our oxygen system is fine. It will be checked by mock drilling.All kinds of infrastructure are ready. At the government level, out of 32,268 Covid beds, around 30,000 beds have been converted into oxygenated beds. Besides, the health officials have also started to check whether the corona treatment system is ready or not.
