A probe into the alleged irregularities of Santro Ravi will reveal true colors and there is no question of shielding anyone,said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
Reacting to a question on audio,video,and photographs of the involvement of Santro Ravi in transfers,Bommai told reporters at Mysuru Airport here on Saturday that with the help of the electronic media,WhatsApp technology anything can be done.
But that is not important here.A detailed investigation will reveal his involvement and the truth will come out.
A probe will be done on his connections as well as all the previous cases in which he is involved. “My wish is that truth must come out”.
He said the criminals will upload different kinds of pictures on different occasions and nothing can be decided based on pictures.
Since a complaint has come against Santro Ravi,a probe will reveal his activities,criminal activities, and other things.Complaints have also come from different fields and are said to be having high-level connections.
Given this,the police have been asked to take serious note of the case and go for an in-depth investigation.Not a single case has been filed in the last 20 years.
So,this time,the complaint has been considered seriously, and investigate all the previous cases have to punished him.
On the issue of becoming a tool for Opposition parties to attack the ruling party,the CM said Santro Ravi has connections not only with the opposition parties but also with the Opposition leader and also with the political leaders in the last 20 years.The truth will come out through investigation.
Asked about former CM and Janata Dal (Secular) leader HD.Kumaraswamy releasing audio and video, Bommai said all the issues will be part of the investigation.
They will also talk to many people without knowing their backgrounds.Can anyone become a criminal just by talking?
On the seizure of Rs.10 lakh near Vidhana Soudha gate,the CM said if this incident is taken as a yardstick,in 2019,Rs.22 lakh was found in the office of the then minister C.Puttarangashetty.
That was not any shopping complex it was the bank of Corruption of the Congress Party. Why it was not probed? Even the then-minister Puttaranghashetty was not interrogated.
The incident was referred to Anti-Corruption Bureau which shut the case.So,Congress has no moral right to talk.
