hief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said the government is ready for a special financial assistance to the survey to be done on effect of programs on social and economic changes of the people.
Speaking after inaugurating a new hostel building of ISAC here on Friday,he said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is thinking of development in the next 25 years. Time of seeing India with respect has come.
The PM thinks about the grassroots levels.The state government aims at contributing one trillion dollar economy of the five trillion economy planned by the PM for India. It will be good if a report is submitted on the changes of people due to increase in the State’s economy.
Thought of the solution
The CM said Prof Rao thiughtabkut the social challenges way back in 60s and built this institution.A man may change but the values are permanent.
The man changes as he grows and as civilisation increases the cultural values decline.Confusion remains always but ensure solutions.
They need to understand the difference between civilisation and culture.Despite achieving many things they have forgotten culture and a study is required to know about its level.
Bommai said once the students obtain P.hD their aspirations such as job, promotion and becoming head of departments go on increasing.
But the happiness that they will enjoy as the students will not be there once they become head.Politicians think how to do administration and the administrators think how to control.
They must understand the difference between economy and economics.The economy changes because of social changes.
