Yuvagalam : conditions for the youth

The Chittoor police finally gave permission for the ‘Yuvagalam’ march led by TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh.

Don’t talk to the people like an open meeting. If you want
to talk on the mic, you have to take the DSP’s permission. Meetings are
not allowed on the roads.

 

Today, Amaravati – Today, Digital, Chittoor: The Chittoor police finally gave permission for the ‘Yuvagalam’ march led by TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh. These were issued with 15 conditions and terms. He said that if there are complaints of disturbance of law and order, if any of the conditions are not complied with, the permission will be canceled without prior information and notice and legal action will be taken. In this regard, Palamaneru DSP Sudhakar Reddy issued orders on Tuesday afternoon. TDP chief Chandrababu PA Manohar responded to an application made by TDP chief Chandrababu PA Manohar, stating that the march, which will begin on the 27th of this month, will continue till the 29th of the Kuppam constituency.

It should not be converted into an open meeting

* Do not organize public meetings on national, state, municipal and panchayat roads. Emergency services and transportation of essential goods should not be obstructed. In order to hold a public meeting, a suitable place should be selected and the details should be submitted to the Palamaneri DSP and permission should be obtained.

 Padayatra/road show should not be converted into a public meeting. Matamanti (interaction) with the people as part of the padayatra should not be like an open meeting. DSP’s permission should be obtained to use microphone while conducting such interaction on roads or public places. As far as possible, these programs should be held in places with multiple entry and exit routes. If you want to organize these like public meetings, you have to apply to Palamanera DSP for permission.

* The  use of DJ systems and loudspeakers is completely prohibited during the Yatra. A single sound box system should be used with low noise. Civil life should not be disturbed.

Volunteers are responsible for crowd control

*  Organizers should arrange male and female volunteers. Besides security, they should be used for crowd control and traffic management. All volunteers should wear the same uniform. Sufficient ropes should be made available for them. It is their responsibility to control the crowd so that the march can proceed smoothly.

*  The entire road should not be blocked during the padayatra. Movement of general public and traffic should not be disturbed.

*  Do not burn tapas. Their use is completely prohibited. Alcohol and intoxicants should not be consumed.

*  Drone rules must be followed to take pictures using flying cameras and drones.

*  It is the responsibility of the organizers to ensure that no one who participates in the padayatra uses deadly weapons or stones.

*  It is the responsibility of the administrators to ensure that the government and private properties are not damaged or destroyed.

*  Only permitted vehicles should be in the padayatra. Managers should ensure that it does not go beyond that.

*  The trek should be done according to the route and timings mentioned in the schedule.

*  The organizers are responsible for the personal safety of the participants. First aid and medical equipment with ambulance should be arranged by the organizers. Necessary lights and barricading should be arranged in places of night stay. It is the responsibility of the organizers to take all precautions to avoid accidents.

*  All these conditions must be adhered to by the organizers. Violation of any of these shall bear full responsibility.

14 restrictions on public meeting

TDP chief Chandrababu PA Manohar Palamaneru has applied to DSP Sudhakar Reddy six times since the 9th of this month seeking permission for the public meeting to be held at Kamtamuru Road in Kuppam on 27th when the ‘Yuvagalam’ march will begin. Permission was given on Tuesday afternoon with 14 types of restrictions. Regarding the public meeting, it is stated that the scheduled times should be adhered to, if there is any difference in them, or if there is any disturbance to peace and order, the permits will be canceled without prior information and notice. Any other condition…

*  Flexi and banners should not be erected in public places without the permission of the concerned authorities. Flexi should not be placed in spiritual places and sensitive areas.

*  How many people are expected to come to the assembly… 20 percent more than that, additional arrangements should be made.

*  Organizers of the open meeting should videotape the entire program including the speeches. A copy of the same should be submitted to Palamanera DSP.

*  It is the responsibility of the organizers to ensure that no one who participates in the meeting brings deadly weapons. Consumption of alcohol and drugs is completely prohibited. Tapas cannot be burnt.

*  If you want to use flying cameras and drones to take pictures, follow the drone rules.

*  Strong barricades should be established in the assembly hall to prevent stampede. Steps should be taken to prevent the collapse of the platform where the VIPs sit. A certificate should be obtained from an authorized engineer. A connection should be taken from the electricity department to the meeting place. Adequate space for vehicle parking should be selected and a no-objection letter should be obtained from the land owners. Parking in a disorderly manner should not obstruct the movement of general public, emergency services and transportation of essential goods.

*  Actions should be taken to prevent all the people from leaving at the same time after the end of the meeting.

*  Water and food should be provided according to a method to the people attending the meeting. Ambulance and fire brigade should be made available.
