Prime Minister Narendra Modi,President Draupadi Murmu are among several leaders who wished Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on his 63rd Birthday celebrations on Saturday.
The PM dialled Bommai and not only wished him but also prayed for a healthy life to serve the people along with working for the overall development of the State
President Draupadi Murmu and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also telephoned Bommai and wished him.
As Union Home Minister Amit Shah is in Karnataka, he presented a bouquet and wished him.
Others who him included former CM B.S.Yediyurappa, Union Coal Minister Pralhad Joshi, State BJP President Nalin Kumar Kateel.
In the morning, the CM Bommai visited the memorial of his parents in the city and took their blessings.
The CM told reporters that whenever he visits Hubballi he will visit the memorial of his father and mother to take inspiration from them.
“My father was a strong believer in works and mother was interested in spiritual.Both of them are the source of inspiration for him always”.
