Russian President Putin strongly replied to the Western countries that are standing by Ukraine in the war. He said that Russia knows how to face any danger.
Moscow: It has been a year since Russia’s aggression against Ukraine started. There is no end in sight. Russia has already been furious over America and Germany’s decision to give battle tanks to Ukraine. The President of that country, Putin, recently responded to this. After 80 years history is repeating itself, he said referring to the German tanks.
Ukraine will receive 30 M1 Abrams tanks from America (US) and about 14 Leopard 2 tanks from Germany. Those who want to defeat Russia in battle do not understand one thing. It is not easy for them to face Russia in modern era. We are not sending our tanks into their borders. But, there are ways to deal with them. They should understand that war is not limited to weapons. Unfortunately we are seeing Nazi ideology in a modern guise. It has once again become a threat to our country’s security. Once again we have to face the aggression of the western countries together. It is an unbelievable fact that Russia will once again face the threat of German tanks. However, Russia has also responded adequately in the past to what has become a threat to its security,” the West said, referring to Germany in particular.
Putin made these comments while speaking at Volgograd. On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Stalingrad, the President paid tribute to those who were part of the struggle that day. Russia captured 91 thousand German forces at Stalingrad in World War II. This changed the course of World War II. The current name of this Stalingrad is Volgograd.
