The CID forest cell Hubbali on Thursday busted a gang of four and seized one antique ivory carvings from them.
The accused had come to sell the antique carvings including three jewel boxes and a stone studded bracelet when a team of officials led by Deputy Superintendent of Police Muthanna raided the spot and arrested the accused .
The police have taken the accused into custody to ascertain the source of the seized valuables as it was suspected that belonged to a royal families .
This is the second incident as the forest cell officials of Bengaluru on last Thursday caught four men at KSR station who landed with erotic art work,seven finger rings and two dices made out of elephant tusks.
The accused are from Maharastra and Rajasthan said to have bought the antiques from their sources and brought it to the city to sell.
