Amit Shah to visit Bengaluru on Feb 23: Traffic restrictions announced by BTP

Parking of all types of vehicles on roads in and around Central business district has been banned for two days from Thursday due to union home minister’s visit .

According to an official press release from the traffic department,the move was taken towards de congestion of main roads during VIPs movement.

Parking has been banned on Bellary road,Mekhri circle , Kaveri theatre junction,Racecourse road,Taj west end, Townhall,Lal Bagh road,Minerva road,JC road,NR Square,Mysore bank circle,Palace road,CID junction, Basaveshwara junction,Race course road,Ali Askar road,Infantry road,Coffee board junction,BRV junction, Manipal junction,MG road,trinity church circle, Command hospital,Domlur water tank,Indiranagar 100 feet road, ISRO junction and HAL airport road.

Motorists have been requested avoid these roads and to use the alternative roads for free flow of traffic.
