Today, Amaravati: Justice Abdul Nazir, who has been appointed as the new governor of the state, reached Vijayawada on Wednesday. Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy welcomed the Governor’s couple at Gannavaram Airport. Governor and CM embraced. Later, Jagan felicitated the Governor with a shawl and introduced the public representatives and officials. Legislative Council Chairman Moshenuraju, Deputy Chairperson Zakia Khanum, Minister Jogi Ramesh, State Agriculture Commission Vice Chairman MVS Nagireddy, CS Jawahar Reddy, DGP Rajendranath Reddy, RTC MD Dwarka Tirumala Rao and many public representatives met Abdul Nazeer in a courtesy manner at a special platform set up in the airport premises. From there, the Governor reached Raj Bhavan along with his family members.
